This house can accommodate a group of up to 12 people! On the first floor you enter the very spacious living room which gives out onto the orangery! There is a fully equipped open kitchen. On this floor there is also a first bedroom with double bed, shower and washbasin. In the corridor there are 2 separate toilets.

On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with a shower. There is a spacious bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet.
On the third floor is a large dormitory with 4 single beds, a separate bathroom with double washbasin, bath and shower, and the relaxation area with television. There is also a separate toilet here.

250 Metres from the house there is a large free parking area, in the street you can park with the blue parking disc. The house also has a bicycle shed on the ground floor. Trams, buses and trains stop in front of the house! So you can get to everything quickly and easily.
